These are the kind of things that happen at an auto paint class with no teacher supervision. I don't even know what happened on this car, I think they were shooting waterborne, ran out of one color, tried to change color, then cured it with the booth on solventborne instead of water, at least that's what I pieced together from the explanation I was given
