OP here for an update.
I went to Firestone just now. There was only an assistant manager there I spoke with. He inspected it and says it does look like damage from a tire machine and started making paper work. I said >>13850462 is from curb rash from before I owned the car, but there is clearly fresh metal on top of it as well. He told me the store manager will be in tomorrow morning at 7.
