This is as good as you will be able to get without draining your battery (you still might drain it) or running a fucking generator all night. If you do this you might want to get one of them portable jumpstarters that you can plug the fan into. Dont run it off the main vehicle battery. Look into building a basic swamp cooler in a 5 gallon bucket if you really need air conditioning. There are lots of Youtube videos on this and it's definitely cost effective. Best part is, it will make the van and all your belongings moldy from all the humidity and shame. You will become the bum you always dreamt you could be that much quicker.
