Outside of that, you've also got things like stop-and-frisk, or being more likely to search black/male drivers in a traffic stop than white/female drivers. If a black man and a white woman both have a bag of weed in their pocket, it's much more likely that the cops find it on the black man than the white woman. And if they find it on both, the black man is a lot more likely to actually get arrested and prosecuted.

After adjusting for prior criminal record etc., blacks receive average sentences 12% longer than whites, and men receive sentences 12% longer than women.

That one just looked at sentencing after conviction. Another study which also included other factors, such as women getting better plea deals, found men get 63% longer sentences and blacks get 10% longer sentences.

I'm really curious where you find studies showing the reverse gender gap, since it goes against everything we know about gender and the justice system. The only thing I've seen showing women being punished more harshly was back in the 90s when feminists pointed to a study showing that women got longer periods of probation for the same crime. Of course the actual reason for that was because men were more likely to get locked up instead of just getting probation, but feminists liked to leave that part out.

lol yeah they are. Rekia Boyd was a black woman literally murdered by an off-duty, unidentified cop for no reason at all. He was charged with manslaughter, so the judge threw out the case because it was clearly murder so he walked free, then he resigned before they could fire him so he still gets his retirement package.
