>A Florida gun shop owner who was sued by the Council on American-Islamic Relations for declaring his store a “Muslim Free Zone” has been vindicated by a federal court.
>Andrew Hallinan, owner of Florida Gun Supply in Inverness, was sued by CAIR’s Florida chapter after he made the declaration in a YouTube video in July.
>On Tuesday U.S. District Court Judge Beth Bloom said Hallinan, who teamed up with George Zimmerman to raise funds for his legal defense, was within his First Amendment rights to make the statement, according to the American Freedom Law Center who represented Hallinan in the case.

“The general desire of [CAIR] in this case to have Muslims able to access [Florida Gun Supply’s] shooting range someday in the future is insufficient . . . There are simply no facts grounding the assertion that [CAIR] and/or one of its constituents will be harmed—[CAIR] has failed to allege when and in what manner the alleged injuries are going to occur,” the court ruled.

This doesn't effect his business negatively because neither the ass-sore Islamists nor their liberal defenders would have ever done business with him anyway.
This free publicity does help him with his existing clients because it shows political solidarity with their beliefs.
Getting a ruling like this on the books is great because it sets a precedent. This could go to the Supreme Court though.

This doesn't set any precedent. It can't be used towards the gay cake wedding because the owners explicitly denied the couple based on their sexuality. Hallinan just said he would; he's all talk right now.
