The dow jones hit a record high under Obama too. Not just Trump but the GOP in general hasn't managed to pass any significant legislation with respect to our economic fundamentals, so that's all Obama. We already tried corporate tax cuts and deregulation under Bush.
In any case, what does it matter, working class wages will remain stagnant as always. The only significant way our single-party government has affected the finances of the working class has been to increase their insurance premiums by causing artificial uncertainty in insurance markets in the hopes of making our insurance system insufferable for them.
