How do you change your racial traits though? Unlike sex, which is only determined upon conception and can be "corrected" with enough treatment, racial differences are a result of millions of years of genetic evolution. What sort of treatment could these transrace people possibly take to turn into a different race? It seems much more difficult to believe, compared to transgender people who can be fairly passable.
