Hey /fit/, /lit/ here. I recently had the bicycle that I ride to work with stolen; now I'm looking for a new one. Are there any cyclist here to let me know if this is a bad deal or not? Thanks, faggots.

I was just trying to save you the embarrassment of asking why you specifically wear a helmet to work every day.
Well its not a good deal.
No, that's too expensive.

I live outside of DC. I can ride 5-6 miles and stop at a bike shop and hang out there for hours reading. "Buy something every once in a while" is their motto.

I went to the bar down the street one night and locked my 1987 Dave Scott Ironman up inside. A friend of mine gave me a ride home and when I went back the bike was gone; the Kryptonite lock was sawed and they left it laying there. About a year later I saw someone (Hispanic dude) riding it and yelled at him until he gave it back (covered in mud and rims bent to hell). Fixed it and it got stolen again after that.
