my sous chef is doing this, same bike and everything
My dream bike has 1000% + gear range via an infinitely variable electronically controlled bottom bracket gear box with 99% efficiency, clearance for 45mm tires and a total bike weight under 10 lbs including racks, fenders and dynamo hub.
I like art deco, I guess.
>>978868
this. I have the old madone, but the 2016 one is an even better s-works venge

Sweet.

Putting your mouth to those bottles has got to be fun.

>not breaking the laws of physics
You dream too small.
>>978950
it's a render intended to make fun of trends in the MTB industry
>>978967
the new shimano 9100 levers look a little bit better, but still an aesthetic shitshow. the trend towards massive hoods is ridiculous, but inevitable because everyone wants to SLAM TAHT SEMT and jack their seats way up for that pro as fuck look, so the drops have become vestigial for the most part. who knows, maybe roadies will move to trifag bullhorn setups
>>978986
you don't suck on em like your momma's nipple, you just grip and squeeze those shits
It's a 29+ bike that's not made by Surly!

>Razer gaming bike
I wanna be 5 years late to this party?
>>979399
you filthy slut. This disgusts me
is this overkill for a commuter
>>979577
razer gaming bike
>>979656
Depends on your commute, but probably yeah.
Then again, i bought a fatbike to ride around town in the winter, so i shouldn't be one to talk.
>>979661
just about 200 km/week, I prefer comfort over speed
>>979667
But speed IS comfort.
Over surfaces other than tarmac? Because if not, plus size is just silly.
>>979667
>just about 200 km/week, I prefer comfort over speed
It is overkill in the price and tire department. Overkill in the slow department. It's still cool, but if you want to save money, 90s rigid MTB with 2.0" high TPI road tires like Marathon Supremes run at a low PSI will be very, very comfy
Throw on a Brooks b67 and still have $500 left over from not buying the Surly
one tear slowly rolls down my face
>>978847
tfw ordered a canyon aeroad 10 days ago and its still not here aeaeae
>>978973
>only 10 bikes
>>979681
What is this shit, a bike by Razer?
I just want a fat bike for winter commuting. preferably not walmart shit.
>>979732
>canyon aeroad
which model bro
Draming with this since 2012
>>979584
surely you could've saved for that in 5 years
>>979807
What brand is that?
Some kind of Walmart Trek?
>>979830

>>980583
thats for grills
>>980593
didn't you know grills frequent /n/
>>980583
>that rear cassette and derailleur
1x was a mistake.
>>980616
not really a mistake, i use 1x9 on my beater, and it's ok, people just need to harden up as a 32t chainring with a 42-10 is more than enough, as it's going to end up with a cassette the size of the wheel, and going through chains every ride, as even 11 speed chains break easy enough.
>>978891
have fun in crosswinds
Something nice with campy chorus (canyon's Movistar team bike maybe) and another decent frame with sram force, just because I want to try out the groupsets and compare to my ultegra
I wish my bike shop carried things other than Shimano and let me test ride those things for a week
>>981879
Chorus is great. Personally I think the campy hoods are much better than shimano hoods which is the main reason I'm riding campy.
None of the bike shops around me carry campy but I order all my stuff online anyway. Got a chance to ride friends campy groupset and ordered parts.
>>981879
>dream bike
>chorus, force
>>978847
in my opinion this is literally the best looking factory bike ever made
in better lighting, with perhaps a better looking crank and pedals, there's just no other bike that even comes close to having the absolute sex appeal of this bike
the geometry, the tubing profiles, the bars, the stem, the paint, it's all perfect
and all of that on top of actually being a genuinely incredibly performing bike
one day I'm going to stick my dick down that head tube
A carbon frame with round tubes and straight top tube, some nice Mavic wheels, and 10spd Ultegra groupset.
I dream small.
>>978999
Still get chunks of muck first squirt tho. Adds to flavour
>>978905
If you unironically want a "comfort road bike" you should kill yourself
>>982009
>stop liking what I don't like
>>979163
It's not as if the bike will implode if you replace that DA cassette and chain with a 105 equivalent. I'll just be a few grams heavier. And sturdier. (There's a reason none of the pro teams use DA cassettes for this generation.)
>>982009
> tfw fractured neck a few years ago
> tfw riding is agony on anything without a "comfort" stack height
>>982009
Riding excessive drop is a far worse meme. Bars below saddle and it's fine imo. Fatigue > aero.
>>978967
>SRAM makes shitty designs
>blames all hydro brakes
It's like you had a point to make, realized it was shit, made it anyway, then unwittingly drew attention to how bad SRAM are at ergonomics... outstanding.
>>979399
When I think of Chinese manufacturing, I think of monumental pieces of shit just like that pic related.
>>978998
>the trend towards massive hoods is ridiculous, but inevitable because everyone wants to SLAM TAHT SEMT and jack their seats way up for that pro as fuck look, so the drops have become vestigial for the most part. who knows, maybe roadies will move to trifag bullhorn setups
What ignorant drivel. Hydro levers look like that to make room for the piston.
>>979818
>surely you could've saved for that in 5 years
tfw you spend all the money on memes and miss the biggest meme of all
>>978998
>the trend towards massive hoods is ridiculous, but inevitable because everyone wants to SLAM TAHT SEMT
there is no denying the comfy nature of fatty tektro levers but also the shit feel compared to dura-ace shitmano basic road levers which are 100x better imho but hurt da hands if you wanna hoodmeme
Jack that stem and ride them drops imho I will never surrender
Price: $500,000
A 24k solid gold frame? Check. 600 black diamonds? Check. 500 golden sapphires? Check. An alligator skin saddle? Check. It’s official, this fat bike ticks all the boxes.
>>978856
Mega pleb
>>982753
u sik fuk
>>978847
Because fuck Meme.75
Now if only I lived in a place where I could make use of such a bike regularly
Le sigh
>>982893
2015 is so much better looking. If it's a dream then we can assume that cost isn't a factor in which case you may as well just give in and go 27.5. Either that or just run 26 on it.
>>982896
>Cost isn't a factor
Of course it isn't; 26' rides better
>Run 26' on Meme.75
Nice way to have fucked up geo. Do you also put Boxxers on your 120mm 29er?
>>982975
>26' rides better
The difference is completely unnoticeable. I think 27.5 is incredibly stupid for that very reason, it offers no advantages over 26". The only difference is cost and component choices, the former isn't a factor in this discussion and the latter isn't as big a deal these days.
>Nice way to have fucked up geo
How so? The only difference is the bike would sit a minute amount lower and the fork trail would be a tiny bit different (although you could also just put a 26" fork on it).
>>982893
It looks like a banana in the thumb nail.
