Since I live in south Florida, I get to see a blimp multiple times every winter, usually. They're kinda like birds and old people, they all come south for the winter.

See how the blimp bag doesn't just increase in length but also in diameter. The answer to your question is an obvious no.
These were military blimps. The one below was 100 meters in length. They used heavier materials to construct the gondola for protection. A civilian blimp could use lighter materials and make the gondola a lot larger.
