Hello /n/, can you identify these locomotives? I wish to buy models of them.
These were part of the sadly recently demolished Nara Dreamland theme park (Japan)
The first from what descriptions I can find is 'a replica of one of the first trains in Japan'
engine number 2
And for bonus points, are the coaches based on anything?
These appear to be older and replaced with the yellow ones some years ago, this is the best pic I can find

Engine No. 1 appears to be a fake, with a diesel engine probably inside the "boiler" (the open side-access panel is a dead giveaway).

Engine No. 2, however, appears to be a genuine steam-powered loco, and possibly a restored historical one.
If it's possible at all to acquire these, I'd focus all my energies on getting the No. 2 and discarding the No. 1. Genuine steam engines are a lot more rare and valuable.
Also, I remember reading about Nara Dreamland, as I'm also an amusement park/roller coaster fan. It had been sitting derelict and abandoned for the past decade or so, but apparently they started to demolish everything last year and will be done by the end of this year. Better act quickly.

Also, the new owner of the property, per its Wikipedia page, is Osaka-based real estate company SK Housing, who bought the park property at auction from the Nara city government in 2015. It looks like SK Housing is the group you need to contact. I'm pretty sure this type of company has no interest in running trains, so you might be in luck.
Per Google, this is their phone number: +81 6-6131-0073. I'm guessing you'll need to brush up on your Japanese.

Upon additional research, the No. 2 engine appears to have been retrofitted to be diesel-powered. It may have run on steam in a previous life, but now it's powered by a diesel engine in its tender. The control panel in its cab resembles that of a diesel loco rather than a steam loco. This is not an uncommon thing. Another example of this is the railroad in Six Flags Over Georgia, which used to have steam locos, but later decided to go the cheap and easy route and installed diesel engines in the tenders.
If the No. 2 was indeed powered by steam previously, it's still valuable and could potentially be restored to run on steam again if its boiler is still in good shape.

After reading the OP again, I saw that he only wants models of them. MFW:

That's honestly disgusting. Steam needs to stay steam!

No worries.
The 7100 Benkei replica is sitting under a tarp last I heard, so there is some value to it. SK just destroyed everything else, I have no idea what happened to the other loco, the monorail, or the parade vehicles (fire truck, pink cadillac). I assume they trashed the monorail, as it wasn't really anything special. I'd like to know anyway if there's any monorail fans here, also if there is I have a video link to the full ride if interested.
They demolished the whole park extremely fast, they started around October last year and it was all gone in several months. They're just doing all the foundation demo these days.

Also I became a massive Nara Dreamland fan over the past few years. So any questions about the park let me know and I can probably answer.
They had a wooden rollercoaster "ASKA" which was meant to be pretty neat.
