2. This is not a training ride or fast ride, or workout ride. It will be slow and more about seeing other things and talking than about an awesome bike ride.
3. Make it a trip to some destination that is interesting.
4. Stop to check out interesting stuff, take breaks, pack a lunch or snacks or something.
5. Don't give all kinds of advice on how she can ride better or faster.
6. Have fun. If she thinks it is boring or shitty for you, she will not enjoy it.

If you do it right she might gradually get more serious about riding. More mportantly if you do it right you can make out with a girl and get laid while those other anons are checking Strava and comparing wattage and eating kale and oatmeal for dinner.
