So I just got a new frame and a friend offered to help me install the BB and crankset but as you can see something is wrong here. The frame is a Poloandbike Williamsburg and the cranks are SRAM Omniums. I've seen others with this exact same setup so it should work. It's almost as if the cranks are offset to the side because the chainline seems off. Any ideas? Thanks.

You need a spacer for the BB
The BB is the wrong way around
As well as the spacer already mentioned it could also be that the Q factor (width between the two crank arms) is simply too narrow for the frame. Is the gap between the crank arms and chainstays the same on each side?

Omnoms have always had a low q-factor. If the gap is the same on both sides, it's normal. If it's not the same, you have a spacer on the wrong side of the BB.

No, it's about 5-6 mm on the right but only ~1mm on the left.
