/n/, I have a problem.
The neighbor across the street is parking his truck on his side of the street directly in front of my driveway.
This would be fine, but we had a ton of snow hit and when the snow plow came thru it chose his side of the road so I almost hit his truck every time I try to leave.
And I think he is doing this on purpose because every time he parks his truck perfectly, causing me to take a few minutes to get out.
So, would it be rude to go and ask him to move his truck a few feet?

you should calmly and respectfully discuss the issue with your neighbor. don't take an accusatory tone, just discuss with neighbor how difficult it is for you to back out.
don't just pretend to be calm and respectful -- approach the interaction with the assumption that your neighbor is a normal, reasonable person who doesn't want to make other peoples lives difficult.
say "I" more than "you". ex: "I'm having issue backing out". don't say "you parked your truck in a bad spot."

In many places it is illegal to park in front of a driveway. Just call the cops and have them issue him a ticket for doing so.
