I have arrhythmia and some more shit in my heart, I get palpitations that scream "you're dying m8" (like I know that if I don't change my position I'll die in a few moments) when I lay down facing down, and I cycle every day. I'm not a pro obviously but yeah, your cycling days are not over you retard.

Yes, the more I exercise the less frequent palpitations and arrhythmia episodes are.

When I become a potato for whatever reason it gets quite worse. The difference is massive.

It applies to what I eat too, when I eat more shit it gets worse.

tl;dr doctors are right.

I did the same test, twice. Saw 2 specialists and many doctors at the ER and elsewhere.

Came back nothing.
