I just traded a computer I put together for 25$ for an old Firestone bike(pic related) and got 20$ back because he said he didn't notice how bad the tires were doing
But I was wondering how I can make it easier to ride, because right now my Walmart mountain bike is easier to ride
Also, it has a few issues, while pedaling, if I stop the pedals still move and the back tire moves a lot.
I was wondering if any of you guys know how to do any of those.

That rear hub, what the gears in the back are attached to, is most likely gunked up. I would recommend a bike shop to fix that. You really won't be able to make it "easier to ride", only adjusting the fit and riding it more will help you with that.

I look at the bike more and when I pedal, the back gears move, like normal, but when I stop pedaling then the gears still move
