Well many mainstream songs.Entire "Nevermind" album,foo fighters, a bit of Slipknot,few Death Grips songs just for the hell of it.The White Stripes and so on.

train your ear so that you dont need tabs anymore

Practice intervals (e.g. play up and down a major scale using 6ths like C,A,D,B,E,C,F,D, etc)

Learn how to play the 7th version of each chord in a scale within about 5-6 frets of each other

Learn some arpeggios

Experiment with unusual time signatures

Watch some Rick Graham videos

Practice finding the same note on every string as fast as you can

Play fingerstyle

Go to hooktheory, write so.e interesting chord progressions, then play/jam over them

Open up a DAW and use as many effects as possible

Learn a simple riff then practice playing it with as little tension as possible

Practice harder bends like 1.5+ tone bends, compound bends, first and fourth finger bends

Put your guitar down and play the piano

Get a boring ass job where you can't play but can write down your thoughts for later

buy as many pedals as humanly possible and make a solo post rock project

Also, most importantly, stretch before you fucking pick up your guitar. Like not just your hand/fingers get your ass up and stretch your whole body and take off your fucking jeans. Get as comfortable as possible and then start playing
