Never listened to metal, but this album, particularly "Mortal Reminder" gave me this Epic feeling while I was listening to it.
Are there any other band or song who resemble to this song ?
I want to discover more about metal.

Your ears are just not used to it yet, try pic related, it's black/folk with an epic feel and newfriend-friendly screams
Also dio era black sabbath might be right up your alley

I didn't enjoy the black metal shrieks when I started out either, growling was always fine for me though. Maybe you could get used to it with some entry stuff like Eluveitie:

Otherwise just start out with stuff like dio era black sabbath like >>75180701 said :)

This one is good, but I prefer Mortal Reminder from pentakill

If you want something epic with many choruses and grand atmosphere, early Rhapsody satiates that itch perfectly.
Start with Sabbath, Iron Maiden and Judas Priest and then go into the 80's thrash bands like Megadeth and Metallica. Power metal is also pretty good for a beginner - try Helloween
>>75182202
>Helloween
only the first 2-3 albums, Blind Guardian is a better power metal band from Germany, but if he likes those two he should definitely check out the American power metal scene with bands like Liege Lord and the list goes on and on.

>helloween
Start with Eagle Fly Free
Bump because this is one of the best "how do i into metal" threads I've read

with what do you need help with?
>>75183469
I don't need help, I just like seeing people dropping good recs on OP and OP looking for the kind of metal that most /mu/ users hate
posting some charts
Finnish death metal (the best there is):

Helloween invented power metal with the Keeper of the Seven Keys albums. They got a bit goofy later on though
you could also try dragonforce, Pentakill's vocalists used to do backing vocals in it.
