I know you guys can be cynical and mean sometimes, but I wanted to thank all you /mu/tants. There is a lot of great music I never would have heard of if it wasnt for y'all.

Despite the complaints about /mu/ being shitty, I know most of you wouldn't post on this board if you didnt actually like it here.

The only problem I have with this board is that contrarianism is praised as the patrician music taste. I'm not really a poptimist but why does someone else's taste in music bother you?

I'll admit I'm a big Beatles fan, but other popular bands like Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd are constantly trashed because of they're popular and therefore bad. I'm not saying their as good as many make them out to be, but that doesn't mean I ignore them.
