Okay, /mu/, I'm stuck in a rut.
Ever since Villains dropped (which was okay, by the way, but not spectacular) I've been in a serious QotSA rut. I've been listening to the band for a few years now but I'm on the verge of getting burned out, though I don't really want to listen to anything else right now.
I've listened to all of Kyuss' stuff and am pretty tired of it. Checked out The Desert Sessions, it's alright. Brant Bjork's solo work was okay at best. Same with Vista Chino.
Is there anything else out there with a groovy, desert rock vibe or am I going to have to pull a total 180 on my listening habits?
Stop listening to garbage and maybe you wont get burnt out so easily dumbass

Just look up some Stoner Rock/Metal dude. There's fucking tons of it. Sleep, Fu Manchu, Red Fang, The Sword, Electric Wizard etc... Fuck, just go back to Sabbath and start from the beginning man.
Oh, and like previous anon said, Them Crooked Vultures but I'm assuming you already know it.

I already have. I should have included them in the OP but didn't think about it.
TCV is a great album, too bad they're not going to do another one. EoDM is alright but I just don't care much for the garage rock vibe. ;;==

How can you like Kyuss and not enjoy Holy Mountain by Sleep? Have you only listened to Dopesmoker?
