Vocaloids are not very good or creative objectively, so /mu/ and most music critics won't like them. Sadly you ARE alone here on /mu/.

But don't let that stop you! Enjoy what you enjoy and listen to what you like. That's the path to becoming a true patrician. Don't listen to radiohead and VU because you're told to, listen to vocaloids because you want to.

And find a forum with other like minded individuals and discuss your animu music there. That way you won't be lonely.

Whaaaat? I think they are due to the fact that the theme of the song can be made consistent and not be changed/influenced too much by the singer. If the songwriter has total control, he can take the role of the conductor.

I've always liked this album too for being like a prog rock opera. I'm not the biggest prog head, but its a good album.

I am pretty casual because I pretty much only know the music in the games, but I do *love* the music. The sound of the vocaloid's voice is so pleasantly inhuman yet soft. Some of my favorites are Clover Club, Glasses and Melancholic.

The sound is so good I hope it doesn't die because all the obsessed weebs move on to something else. Vocaloid is something that can last.

Also collective box is the greatest doujin ever created.
