The opening track is fantastic and the album barely loses any momentum. I think it's also a great progression from Minor Threat.

I've never been too big into eno or other ambient works, so I've never heard of this. Just looked it up and listened. First song and I'm hooked. Extremely soothing opener and beautiful album overall.
