I enjoyed this and In The Wee Small Hours. Any recommendations in both Frank Sinatra's discography and outside of it? The songwriting was overall better on Wee Small Hours but I really like the themes and lyrics of No One Cares

It almost sounds like you're under the impression that Sinatra wrote those songs...
You're not under that impression are you?

I honestly don't care if he did or not, I just want more music to listen to.
in general the older stuff is better, but I really like The World We Knew
I also particularly love the sleazy electric guitar in the title track, makes me wish Sinatra had done some more stuff with a more modern Serge Gainsbourg -style arrangements

this also happens to be the album that at least for me there's the most noticeable difference between the contemporary digital version and an original vinyl (from ones I know) where the digital copy isn't obviously terrible, but for some reason the original vinyl sounds much better, so I recommend picking this album up for anyone who likes it and listens to both digital and vinyl music
