Everyone seems to be conveniently forgetting S/T turns into a big snoozefest after about the fourth track. This new album is at least more consistent. I'm withholding judgement on which is better right now because I'm really not sure.

super disappointing album, debut is a lot better

album is boring

30 minutes of average after 4 years of waiting

First listen and this is easily as good as I wanted it to be and more. The hooks aren't as strong as they were on s/t, but the songs are way easier to get lost in and the lyricism is even better. Plimsoll Punks and Lollipop are the two best songs they've ever done outside of maybe Underneath Us.

Haven't listened to the first album yet, this was super hyped and I listened to it and was super disappointed. Really mediocre somewhat catchy indie pop.

Great album, on par with s/t, can't figure out which song is my favourite, so many standouts with in undertow, lollipop, your type, hey. Can't wait for vinyl to arrive, mine is delayed due to manufacturing issues

Saved By a Waif is one of their best songs they've put out between the two albums (the beginning synths leading to the guitar riff is heavenly), still not a fan of Hey or what they did to Not My Baby with the shitty snare drums, but I'll take it. 7.5/10

Nothing really that memorable about this album so far for me. I remember not being able to get "Red Planet" out of my head after listening to the debut. None of the songs really did that for me, the most I can remember is a few bits and pieces from "Dreams Tonite"
