I'm 25 but I want to go back to school to learn to compose

I haven't gone to school for it but taking private piano lessons will help a lot, especially if the teacher know a lot of music theory

composers traditionally offer private composition lessons, once you're good enough. I'd look into community college for this sort of thing at first, it's a lot cheaper and the introductory material is pretty standard
