Nah dude, he definitely knows that this is the kind of music he loves. From the interviews you can tell he is fully in tune with the nerdy, arpegio synth scene. Although some of his music (Russian mind in particular) can become grading and repetitive, that's what he truly loves making. And he's damn good at it.
