Difficult question. What I like to do, and you are free to try it for yourself, is to first dunk my feet in lukewarm peppermint tea and onion juice. Then, forgive me if you are offended in any way, but it is important while soaking your soles that you also are taking care of your head skin and face, and this is why I also lather my face with a mixture of my own urine lemon juice and tumeric. What essentially is happening is that the tumeric and the onion juice are opposite herbal charges which when applied in this manner cancel each other out but also make you hydrolosize and excess fatty acids that your body may not be using currently turning you into a chemical battery. Similarly the tumeric is good for the softness of your skin and counteracts the peppermint detoxifying your heavy metals from your veins to your guts to your central nervous system literally working it's way through you like a snake through the reeds. It's a detox feast for your body and afterward you'll thank me when your skin is shining and you sleep two hours but feel like you have slept 40. I would say about 30% of /mu/core is actually good music that stands the test of aging, and of course it's the portion influenced by Scaruffi rather than the du jour tripe that P4k champions.
