What great classic rock and roll/hard rock bands am i missing? The only things i listen from that style is Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Rainbow and Uriah Heep. Is there a classic/dadrock chart out there?
Creedence Clearwater Revival, Sir Lord Baltimore, Budgie, Focus, King Crimson, Flower Travellin' Band.
AC/DC is shilled heavily on my local dad rock station

desu revolver by the beatles is a masterpiece so listen to that
>>74963169
I love The Beatles i don't throw them in the hard rock bag, they were more of a pop/rock act ahead of its time. And Revolver is awesome and my favorite album by them.
Bruce Springsteen is as essential and patrician as one can be.

Depends on what you consider dadrock. If you consider "people who were fans of these bands are parents now", well - the early 90's certainly fit. If you consider "people who were fans of these bands are having kids going to college now" - The Smiths, Talking Heads, The Cure, New Order, Pet Shop Boys, Depeche Mode and pretty much most of the 80's certainly fits.

My local classic rock station plays like 15 Tom Petty songs a day. But strangely never any Bruce Springsteen songs except "Born in the USA" and "Dancing in the Dark"
