Charlie looks like the sort of bloke who'd know how to have someone killed, but I doubt it. Charlie was basically the only person in the band who didn't want him out of it and him and Bill Wyman were the only ones to go to his funeral.

My theory is that he knew brian would make experimental percussions so charlie would be overshadowed, he fomented keith and jagger so the media would focus on them and then made sure nobody knew how he "fell"
