I'm considering selling my vinyl collection. Don't have a large collection but have some rare vinyls. Where's the best place to sell them and whats the policy with selling used/worn vinyls?

The easiest place is gonna be a local shop.

You'll get a lot less than you would if you sell them yourself, obviously. If you want selling prices you'd better be willing to wait and let them sit on Discogs for awhile.

Check your local Craigslist "cds/dvds/vhs" section. There are buyers listing "buying" ads. I sold $200 worth of vinyls to one guy.

eBay isn't really as useful as discogs. A lot less music 'enthusiasts' are browsing it, so if you want to be able to sell anything you'd consider rare or expensive, you'd be better off on discogs.

Have other stuff but thats all I can remember off the top of my head, most of it is pretty standard stuff just wouldn't mind getting some money back
