I haven't been motivated to listen to any of their albums yet because every song I've heard so far has been extremely boring. Microtonal Flying Banana is in a folder somewhere, someone motivate me to actually listen to it. Do they ever really do anything cool with microtonality or is it all just dull riffs that sound like they're decades old?

its basically a krautrock album, if you like Neu! or similar shit you should enjoy it. Melting has some nice keys and Sleep Drifter is a cool take on an old anataloian melody. Not sure what you've heard that you though was boring, but if the above doesnt sound interesting it might not be for you (but I would suggest skimming through all their post 2014 work anyways cause each album has a different sound)
