Songsterr is good, otherwise I just settle for one of the many shitty text-based tab sites. When you play, focus on the getting the song right, so listen to the track instead of just going by tabs. And there's only 12 notes so there's pretty much always a different way to hold a chord or play a lick, so experiment and figure out what you're comfortable with.

Play every day - it's the only way to seriously improve.
