Just keep going, you'll get somewhere eventually. For what reason did you pick up the guitar? Hobby? Songwriting? What kind of music do you listen to? If it uses guitar and it seems simple enough, try learning it. If you really have learned "all the basic chords" then it shouldn't be that difficult to start learning songs. Try some punk rock or folk music, stuff like that usually has simple guitar work.

play along some songs you like that are easy ( fwe and simple chords)

Honestly, if you keep practicing daily, you'll be fine. By doing that you'll very gradually get better until one day you just sort of realize, "oh shit, I can actually sort of play guitar".

At least that's how it happened for me.
