How do you regain music novelty?
Literally nothing I listen to amazes me now, however different and unique.
I want the feeling of getting into music again.

listen to good music this time
i'm almost positive you only listened to /mu/shit anyway
Ctrl+V
Take a break from actively listening to music for a few weeks or a month

Make your own music that's better than everything else.

1. maybe take a break?
2. Maybe try to check out something that is more accessible instead of intentionally searching for something that surprises you? The accessibility of inaccessible music to you might confound the process of finding music for you so maybe try to change things up and listen to something less challenging?
This is where you start listening to poorly made music as an interesting artform, that is outsider stuff

Stop focusing on music as much, pick up a hobby to replace it or watch/read more.
Or shoot up heroine before you start the album

You will never be scared by a horror movie like when you were 12, again.
Same thing applies to music, once you've experienced it, it's over. Your brain wants something else.
