for a shit-tier beginner on guitar, what's some non-normie music i can practice trying to play?
tune to DAEAC#E and start playing emo and tapping, it's easy as fuck
Beatles. No joke. Lots of chords amd easy solos. Great for a start. Also buy rocksmith, but do not play it all thd time.

it's not that easy, actually.

>math baby mad that people call him out for his fake technical skill
lmao

I'm not mad at all, I just don't think it's that easy.
I don't think it's that technical, but I think that if he's a shit-beginner he'll most like won't be able to play songs that are twinkly.

Learn to play the Blues:
>Learn the 12 Bar Blues
>the Pentatonic Scale
>some licks
>and some Blues-Heads that you like
It's a very easy genre and it's not very popular.

this, except the rocksmith part. I respectfully disagree that rocksmith is a good tool, but it worked for some people so I guess it has its uses. But beatles songs have interesting progressions and aren't normie shit, you'll learn some sick ass progressions and neat little solos if you dig through their discography.

Listen to some entry tier folk, like Jackson C. Frank and Towns Vandt. They both have pretty simple guitar that sounds really good.
