Why isn't this literal masterpiece not discussed here more often?
Its 60s Zappa at his absolute best front to back.
>>74621253
because Zappa is too based for /mu/
because there's only 12 people on this site
>>74621267
lmao, u think?
the thought this whole board only consisting of 12 people is fucking hilarious
all of the posts ITT are me
>>74621297
and me now bitch
>>74621288
this board has one of the highest turnover rates which is why it feels like the same shit every day. new people come in, look at the essentials charts and leave.
>>74621253
It's discussed enough, man. Do you want hourly discussion of this album or what?
>>74621319
Yeah it totally does man. I only post on here in such a great while. I remember like two years ago when I first found this board and was like wow. Now I go on here maybe once a month
>>74621337
wow thats awesome, can i use your story for a screenplay?
>>74621327
There is consistent discussion of much worse albums
>>74621350
love you friend :)
the groupthink is bad on this board, it's really all the same and worry over everybody not thinking the same and agree there isn't much to keep a person here, i only discovered it recently and am already done. not even worth checking in again.
whats this asshole's obsession with vegetables?
>>74621362
a prune is not a vegetable
This album is quite good for a sophomore effort. More accessible than Freak Out, and definitely spoke of the times.
You raise a good question, OP.
>>74621253
it's definitely been underappreciated compared to Freak Out! , We're Only In It For The Money and Uncle Meat
any opinions on adding Soft-Cell Conclusion and Big Leg Emma on the CD (and later) versions? the best (and only really good) change in the Rykodisc CD's IMHO and the album flows better with them when listened to from continuous media
>>74623081
I meant Big Leg Emma and Why Don'tcha Do Me Right of course...
