How long does it take for you guys to have an album almost completely

How long does it take for you guys to have an album almost completely memorized? I find that even after three or so listens there are still sections, if not entire songs, that I cannot remember. Is my short term/working memory fucked?

For me it depends on the length of the album. Sometimes it takes 3 or so listens to "click", where my brain will recognize a rhythm, chord progression or interesting feature about the album.

Also, if I find the album boring or generic, I'm unable to concentrate on those said features rendering the album almost impossible to gain familiarity with.
