I always felt Yeezus is the most /mu/ out of all his albums, yet MBDTF gets all the shine because muh p4k ratings.

Think about it, name any musician on Earth as big a pop star as Kanye that would even dream of making an album like this? I would say MAYBE 90s Eminem in his prime and even then that's a stretch.

I rarely listen to Yeezus and instead go for Arca or HudMo or Daft Punk or one of the collabs when i want the sound. Kanye's rapping is just fucking terrible. It kind of worked at the time when you were caught in the hype but people are going to look back on these albums and wonder how they were so loved. It would be like if you listened to a classic Bowie or Beatles album and they were singing out of key on every song.

Pablo was a breaking point. I've heard it all the way through probably once.

Since day one of release and at least once a month since I have made threads hailing this album as a masterpiece.

95% of the time I get called out as a troll/fanboy. I'm not even a big Kanye fan - I just see this album for what it is: a work of pure art that will go down in history as one of the greatest albums ever made.

I used to try and justify why I feel this way and defend the album but I recently realized that anyone who is blind to the brilliance of this album is literally mentally deficient and not worth the effort.

This is one of the few albums I can get psyched about at any time of the day or night. The production, lyrics and general feeling are timeless. One of the few 10/10 albums I've ever heard.

My mama was raised in an era when, clean water was only served to the fairer skin, doing clothes you would have thought I'd have help but it wasn't satisfied unless i picked the cotton myself, you see there's black bigger racism that's that don't touch anything in the store, then there's white nigger racism that's that come in please buy more, what you want a Bentley, fur coat, a diamond chain? All you blacks want all the same thing. Used to only be nigggahs! Now errybody playing. Spending anything going Alexander Wang, new slaves.

This verse is fucking masterful and one of the only rap verses I have committed to memory.
