it doesnt really matter. The term "psychedelic" is vague and has lots of meanings and definitions
a big bulk WAS inspired by psychedelic experiences so i think the people who claim its psychedelic have a genuine argument

Being inspired by drugs doesn't make it a psychedelic album.

There are tons of albums inspired by drugs that aren't psychedelic.

Songs like Good Vibrations is pretty psych but the songs on this don't sound like that.
