I don't know, it sounds fine on my guitar. Maybe your guitar is out of tune or has intonation problems. What are you using to hear the audio from the video? You could have faulty speakers/headphones.

Your low E string is a little bit sharp and your D, G and B strings are a little flat. But they aren't too out of tune, so I don't know why that would make it sound so different.
