Anybody a pere ube fan? I've listened to their first 3 and loved em. I've heard it only goes down hill. Is this true or no?

What the hell, how can he love The Modern Dance but also be neutral about their early singles at the same time?
I personally think that everything that makes it to the Datapanik boxset release is worth listening to. First four albums, the early singles, and some of the solo non-Pere Ubu stuff along with some live recordings.
After that the next best would be St. Arkansas which is still one of the darkest things they have done (and it's Pere Ubu so it's pretty dark.)
