I'm mostly a jazz fan but I listened to On The Beach by Neil Young for the first time a couple weeks ago and I haven't stopped listening to it since. Are there any other album like this one I should check out?

After the Gold Rush
After the Gold Rush After the Gold Rush After the Gold Rush After the Gold Rush After the Gold Rush After the Gold Rush After the Gold Rush After the Gold Rush After the Gold Rush After the Gold Rush
after the gold rush is kinda great
Neil's got like a solid 10 classic albums under his belt, even if you're judging conservatively
I really love Everybody Knows This is Nowhere, Zuma, Rust Never Sleeps, Tonight's the Night, and Comes a Time as well as this one
The "ditch trilogy" includes Time Fades Away and Tonight's the Night as well as this record, so you may want to check out those to see Neil in a similar place emotionally
Tonight's the Night
listen to Tonight's the Night, After the Gold Rush, Rust Never Sleeps, and Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere ASAP
Tonight's The Night is one of his more jazzier ones.
Never listened to Neil young, never was interested because I assumed he was similar to bob Dylan who I'm not a fan of, however I heard that perfect from now on by Built to Spill was similar to Neil Young, and I love that album. Should I check out Neil young?

He's got a lot of different styles from different time periods which sets him apart from Dylan who's never really strayed from the folk scene. I recommend Rust Never Sleeps, it was a big influence of Grunge/Indie Rock scene of the 90's.
