Iron Maiden would have been better if Paul Di'Anno stayed their lead vocalist.
Eh
The debut is just okay even though Killers is a masterpiece but I think that's as far as they could have gone with Di'Anno. He didn't have the voice or the vision to take Maiden to the next level creatively or commercially. Without Bruce Dickinson Maiden would have faded into relative obscurity. They'd probably only be as popular today as Diamond Head or Saxon.
Certainly wouldnt have been as cheesy.
Bruce could sing better but Paul had better personality and his punk aesthetic kept them from being power metal.

Maiden was already huge with Paul though. Overall I'm fine with both of them, would be kinda nice to have more Paul era albums though, Killers is so fucking good.
Although Bruce sometimes sounds like a goofy cartoon character and it can sound cringey, he was what this band needed in order to suceed and make a breakthrough
