It's a part of growing up, or at least it should be. Every young person is scrambling for some sort of identity and sense of self worth so it can be hard to gauge. Step back and try to find stuff you truly enjoy, and I'd say the most important thing is to stop worrying about what other people think of you. Don't pick a hobby because you'd imagine it be cool or trendy, find something you really enjoy doing and the rest will come naturally.
