Mr.Self Destruct doesn't it, it is an introduction to the album, it foreshadows what will happen and tells you what the story is about. Piggy is when the story really starts.

Mr. Self Destruct has the same speed like Big Man With A Gun, foreshadowing the darkest part of the story where protagonist really loses himself.
