I just started learning guitar. I've nailed down some chords but that's all so far. Do you have any recommendations for information that might help me? Also, pic related is the guitar I have. Knowing nothing about guitars, I'm not sure if I should buy some other more appropriate guitar.

Literally just practice. It's hard and frustrating as fuck in the beginning couple of months, but once you nail chords and scales and shit you'll be fine. Play along to songs and backing tracks. Bask in the glory of the Allman Brothers Band.
Keep nailing chords, find songs that you can mostly play which throw in a few you're unfamiliar with. I picked up cowboy chords and A/G scales first, then started throwing in barre / sus / 7's. Learn variations for your chords, barre chords make it very easy to see the way chords scale up and down. Good luck anon
Look up finger exercises, do them relentlessly

Learn some scales like the Major, Minor, Pentatonic and Blues. Then memorize as many chords as you can without puking. Learn your favorite songs and also just fuck around, you learn a lot of things on your own.

The way I learned was by learning to play songs that I like and continuously challenging myself to learn more complicated pieces
