For example. I started listening to a tribe called quest latest album and I heard they say something which put me off. (Can't remer what it was a while ago) but now I'm starting with their first album. Anyone know if a tribe called quest are racist?

I don't care about a band's politics unless they get super overtly preachy and political in their lyrics. 2112 is straight up "dedicated to the genius of Ayn Rand" on the sleeve.
