Considering Arcade Fire just went to shit they are the biggest indie band right now

Also they pretty much played all the new songs live, Walk It Back, I'll Still Destroy You and Sleep Well Beast are fantastic

the national's songs are very samey but they're always had a far better hold on emotion than arcade fire.

they were always the better band imo. a few moments on 'funeral' eclipse them but only moments. the national have the better catalog overall.
