Interesting that you would mention The Who since John Entwhistle and Keith Moon were originally slated to be in Led Zepplin while The Who were on sabbatical. In fact, it was Keith who came up with the name after the first jam session with Jimmy Page, telling him he thought the whole project would go over like a lead zeppelin. While there have been quite a few comparisons between the drumming styles of John Bonam and Keith Moon, I still maintain that Led Zepplin just ripped off from Cream.
