Help, i really want to name my project to something that is already "taken." There seems to be a photography-company-thingy with that name. The company is in U.S tho and im from Europe. Also the "company" is just 2 people and their website is very vague aswell. So if i were use that name would i get in trouble?
Go for it, you should be fine, although you should come up with a backup just in case. Does their website say anything about the name being copyrighted? If not then you're fine.
No but you should still call your project "Titty and the crocs" anyway

There's nothing. I guess i'll just go for it then.

What the fuck
What's the name?

Apple
You should just call and tell them, I'm sure they'll be OK with it. It's free publicity.

Check your country's compliance with US trademarks - many don't even recognize them.
That aside, even if you can't trademark the name, you can use still use it if you aren't in a business that is substantially similar to the one already using the name. Since your business would be recording and performing music and theirs is photography, that shouldn't be a problem, unless there's a complicating factor (like they exclusively photograph concerts, or something like that).
